FAQs Where located? SPANA studio is in a residential building in the Lindbergh/Buckhead area in Atlanta, GA- a 6 minute walk from Lindbergh train station; you will not see a sign for the studio, which is why you must contact us upon ticket purchase for exact location and instructions.
Where do I find class schedule? Meetup: meetu.ps/c/4gqZ4/nl9dl/a OR: Grab your tix on Eventbrite - search “SPANA Yoga”. You may pay in cash when you arrive, BUT ticket purchase reserves your space. Our *weekly classes meet: Wednesday 8PM Candlelight Nude Yoga Sunday 3 PM Chill Yoga Sunday 430-Tantric Energy Hour *additional classes are added from time to time, so it is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that you join the Meetup page for the best updates!
How much? $15-25; Tantric Energy Hour $25 (you do not need to bring someone, but why not bring a friend!).
Got mats? Yes, at no extra charge! It is recommended to bring a SMALL hand towel if you sweat. Leave bath towels at home- they take up too much space. Water bottles must be kept off the floor at all times to avoid spills. IF YOU BROUGHT IT WITH YOU, DO NOT LEAVE IT BEHIND AFTER CLASS.
What if I get hard? Congrats, you have functioning blood circulation :-) Set sail!
Hot guys? A range of age groups and fitness levels will attend
“How many attending today? Pair me with a hot guy!” First, this is an inclusive group so be prepared to be paired with most of your fellow students. Some students RSVP short notice which means we couldn’t possibly know how many will attend your class, but generally 4-8.
Beginner friendly? Yes, but that doesn’t mean it will not challenge you, so prepare by staying hydrated before classtime.
Coed? Currently all of our classes are male only; event page will CLEARLY specify if a particular is coed, but this will be rare if at all. Interested in coed? I need to hear from you!
Is it an orgy? No, it is a real class. You will have the OPTION to stick around for nude social time after class or just get dressed. So, after class you are welcome to chill and chat for a moment. However, check your intentions for coming to class, because if you are expecting a sexual experience, you will likely be disappointed. Instead, come with the intention of participating in a unique community yoga experience; I created SPANA so that students can have a sense of community I find to be lacking at the average studio.
I'm nervous/ intimidated/ new to this/ not flexible. You're obviously interested, or you wouldn't have come this far. So, take that excuse not to try something and make it your reason TO GO FOR IT!
